SACRED
& TIRED.

For Every Woman Holding It Together With Prayer, Pressure & Grit

For the woman who looks like she's got it all together—but knows damn well how close she is to falling apart.

The woman who keeps showing up even when she's exhausted.
The woman who has prayed through some shit.
The woman who has made mistakes she wishes she could undo.
The woman who's had to mother, rebuild, work, heal, forgive, set boundaries, make money, lose money, find herself, and somehow keep going.

This is for her.

This is for me.

And maybe it's for you, too.

INSIDE THE BOOK

THIS IS WHAT SACRED & TIRED LOOKS LIKE

This book goes into the shit we don't always talk about.

Motherhood when you're still trying to figure yourself out.

Family when love and boundaries collide.

Healing when therapy doesn't magically fix everything.

The exhaustion that comes from always being the strong one.

Money.

Faith.

Business.

Self-worth.

Mistakes.

Abundance.

Freedom.

And the uncomfortable process of becoming someone you can finally recognize again.

These aren't lessons I'm handing you.

They're pieces of my life.

Some beautiful.

Some ugly.

Some painful as hell.

Some funny.

Some I wish had never happened.

And some I'm grateful happened because they forced me to become somebody stronger.

While you wait

Read about the woman behind it.

My name is Shereitta Myrick.

I'm a mother, entrepreneur, creator, and a woman who has lived through seasons that could have broken me.

I know what it feels like to keep moving when you're exhausted.

I know what it feels like to question yourself.

I know what it feels like to have to rebuild.

And I know what it feels like to finally look around one day and realize:

Damn. I made it farther than I thought I would.

Sacred & Tired is my way of putting words to that journey.

Not because I've arrived at some perfect version of myself.

But because I'm still here.

01 • THE WOMAN BEHIND THE WORK

YOU DON'T HAVE TO HAVE IT ALL FIGURED OUT.

You just have to stop believing this is all your life is going to be.

Maybe you're tired.

Maybe you're rebuilding.

Maybe you're somewhere between "I can't do this anymore" and "I'm not giving up."

I've been there.

And I'm still here.
